Iran Needs to Respect Freedom of Expression Jokes Donald Trump

Davenport, Iowa – As the world watches nervously protests in Iran, Donald Trump has decided to use Twitter to send a message to the country’s leaders after the government vowed to confront the protestors.

“The entire world understands that the good people of Iran want change, and, other than the vast military power of the United States, that Iran’s people are what their leaders fear the most….” The President wrote on Twitter yesterday. “…Iranian govt should respect their people’s rights, including right to express themselves. The world is watching!”

The tweets left a number of people really surprised at Donald Trump’s newfound humanitarian and activist soul. Later in the evening though, the President of the United States came clean about the real intentions behind his tweets.

“No, I’m joking, obviously”, Donald Trump wrote. “It’s part of my new stand-up comedy show. Do you like it? I am also going to joke about the Iranian police arresting people for no reason and shooting them when they sneeze. If I can get rid of the Iranian government at the same time, it is just a bonus. But I am mostly focusing on my career in comedy now. 2018 Donald Trump will be a funny Donald Trump, the mostest liked comedian ever. Get ready for that!”
